Traditional competitors are home care agency businesses. Under the agency model nurses have low autonomy, flexibility, support and pay. SwiftShift’s platform allows nurses to become self-employed leading to complete flexibility and autonomy, higher wages and a saving of around 80% on the time spent dealing with documentation – thus highly scalable.

The efficiency of AI/ML driven matching of nurses to compatible jobs has supported incredible unit economics and organic growth. 30% of nurses on the platform come from referrals with $0 CAC and 2.4X higher retention on the platform compared with competitors.

The platform model has produced an ARR of $732k in less than 1 year of trading; moving to $5mm in FY22.
